Chelsea Football Club have just been fined 40,ooo pound for “Failing to control it’s players” once again. Michael Essien was sent off for bitch slapping Derby’s Kenny Miller in a 2-nil win in November. This fine followed up the 30,000 pound fine for the same offense against Man Utd in September.
