Isn’t the whole point of having a 1 million Pound Bugatti is that you can do whatever the hell you want, including parking it wherever the hell you want?  Guess not in Manchester where this parking duesch, I mean cop gave out a 60 Pound ticket for the  illegally parked 0-60 in 2.5 seconds.  Hey, at least the crowd enjoyed it!
