Dubai International Capital (DIC) is at it once again, this time upping the offer to 460 million Euro.  When Tom Hicks and George Gillett bought Liverpool just over a year ago, they paid 219 million Euro with the club still being in 350 million Euro in debt.  With the government’s financial arm now involved along with Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, it’s gonna be a tough decision for the Yanks considering all the issues (coach, fans, stadium, etc) they’ve faced in such a short time at the helm.
