After England’s heart break at the National Team level AND having to deal with a very, very public bung scandal that led to the arrest (detention for information) of Harry Redknapp among others, is word that the English FA has hired Quest (a company led by former Metro Police Commissioner Lord Stevens) to look into the January Tranfers and conduct Audits among clubs, players and most importantly, the agents who are the most highly involved players in the transactions game.  Seems like the FA is trying it’s best not to look like a fool by drawing the line in the sand and/or they’ve definitely heard of some shadiness going on.
