So I’m at the grocery store tonight, Trader Joe’s to be exact ( if you don’t have one of these you are missing out) when I see Erik Estrada out of the corner of my eye. That’s right Ponchorello is there buying some groceries and talking on his cell phone. I used to be a big CHiPs fan so on some dorky level I thought this was kind of cool. Although I gotta say the dude has fallen off since his heyday.

About three minutes later I’m in line checking out, and there is Marcus Allen. I don’t know if it is the rain that was bringing out these dudes tonight, but it was like some weird 1980’s flashback or something. If only Alfonso Ribeira had been there the cycle would have been complete. On another note, word around the campfire is Marcus Allen is looking to get himself involved in soccer in a pretty big way. We can’t say too much more than that at this moment, but stay tuned on this one.
