With his Girls Aloud wife Cheryl Cole heading to Thailand, Los Angeles, London (for the Brit Awards) and back to Los Angeles only 48 hours later after the cheating allegations hit the airwaves, you have to put some belief into the theory that Avram Grant won’t risk him in the Final with his fragile emotional state.
