One of the best experiences in my life was the 2000 Olympics in Australia and I can tell you first hand how crazy the Olympic Village can get.  Condoms – Check.  Sport Celebrities – Check.  Outrageous party post events – Check.  Any flavor you want or imagined – Check.   A good time had by all – Check.
