After a long day of travel that included an hour on the runway in Dallas, I finally made it to DC for tomorrow nights Real Salt Lake at DC United MLS Saturday night match up.

Although it took a trip and a switch over on the Metro to get me to the Renaissance Hotel, I was able to meet up with my little sister Whitney and her roommate a quick dinner (and a couple of beers) before walking over to The White House.

Nothing like seeing protesters outside at 10 pm on a Friday night.
