Since Brian Kamler and myself don’t have to be at RFK until 5 pm, we decided to take in the sights of the Capitol.  And since Kam used to play for DC United, he’s the perfect tour guide.

We both forgot how humid it can get on the East Coast, but it’s worth it getting to see where Forrest Gump cooled off.

It gets eerily quiet when you walking next to the Vietnam Wall Memorial.

This picture holds a little extra something for myself because my grandfather was on the front line of the Korean War.
