Apple has just announced they are releasing the 3G iPhone which is thinner, quicker, has longer batter power, 3rd part apps, etc. The key selling point on the 3G? It’s going to cost $199 for the 8GB and $299 for the 16GB. Cutting the price in half is a big move, and Apple should kill it once again when these are released in July.
