I don’t know about the rest of you, but when I was growing up Mom gave me $50 twice a year towards cleats.  That meant some way, somehow I had to come up with the other $27 to buy Adidas Copa Mundials.

Nowadays we’re starting to see cleats go for upwards of $400 and it’s ridiculous.

Unless these $409 Nike Mercurial Vapor SL Firm Ground can get kids to the Premier League, then there’s never an excuse to drop that kind of cash.  Ever..
