I don’t know about the rest of you, but skateboarding was a huge part of my life growing up in Southern California since it was my main form of transportation to school, practice and friends houses.

The original crew of Lance Mountain, Steve Caballero, Mike McGill and Tony Hawk used to shred by my house all the time since the Upland Skatepark and Mt. Baldy Pipe were just a few kick - pushes away.

That’s why The Search For Animal Chin was such a huge step forward for all of us skate rats back in the mid-80’s.

The Baldy Pipe is still standing and being shredded to this day.
