UPDATE -  Hmmm.. Why would a guy like Edgar Davids come to LA to train in the off-season?  Just for fitness purposes?

After seeing the end of his contract through at Ajax, rumors are starting to swirl around Edgar Davids and his relationship with LA Galaxy boss man Ruud Gullit.

If there was any chance to snap up a guy like Davids, you’ve got to think that LA would be all over it.

The problem though (as it’s always been and always will be) is how they’ll fit him under the salary cap. And if they can fit him under, who will they have to give up in return?
