In his first signing as new Chelsea boss, Luis Felipe Scolari has signed Portuguese midfielder Deco from Barcelona. With Pep Guardiola saying Deco wasn’t in his plans at Barcelona, Scolari wasted no time in snatching up the Brazilian born, Portuguese playmaker. I’ll be curious to see how Deco does in the EPL.
