Abhishek Thakur over at Goal has a great look at the 2008 Summer Transfer Window moves and ranks them accordingly.

While I think he ranks Gio Dos Santos WAYYYYYY too low and Mathieu Flamini is WAYYYYY too high, for the most part I’ve got to agree with the way he sees the game.
