		<description>Oh, wonderful! For those of us who are fans of teams with far smaller coffers (in my case, Liverpool and Barcelona) this is not good news. I hope that some of the other teams resist the advances of Al-Fahim. Otherwise, Chelsea and Manchester City will soak up all of the exceptional talent. The only hope in that scenario, is that an arms race between the two billionaires eventually burns through all of their walking around money. A fleet hope, at that.</description>
