England and Manchester United midfielder Owen Hargreaves is out for the season after undergoing surgery on his right knee and awaiting surgery on his left following his meeting with Dr. Richard Steadman in Colorado.

According to ManUtd.com

A club spokesperson said, “Owen has had surgery on his right knee and it went well.

“He will be undergoing an operation on his left knee in a few weeks and will be out for the rest of the season.”
