I’ll be there!
i will definitely be at the game and might be subbed in the second half…probably before Conor Casey gets in the game. really?? conor casey…on the roster. come on. dunny…any experiences with that guy??
also, denver has been doing a crap job of advertising the game. sad. heard one radio commercial a few days ago and thats it.
while i’m here…love the new bp collection. i’ll be getting my new hufc shirt and a few more for friends this xmas. take care
I know Conor well, having played with him on the 2000 Olympic Team. He’s dealt with an incredible amount of injuries (2 - 3 major knee surgeries if I’m not mistaken, the 1st being with the US team in Boston), finally got himself fit and has been on a scoring tear as of late. Big, strong and makes life very difficult for defenders.
Seems like Bob is rewarding players for performing towards the end of the 2008 MLS Season.
I’m just wondering how things will play out at Dick’s with attendance. If they aren’t promoting as they should and people don’t show up, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Rio Tinto get the same type of games (ie - altitude and cold weather versus CONCACAF teams ((Mexico v US at Columbus)) next round.
Thanks for the compliments on BP.
Oh, and definitely looking forward to seeing Colin Clark in a US kit. This kid has all the tools, could have a very good chance of being the next left winger for the US and quite honestly could be on his way to have some major suiters vying for his services.
