West Ham

It’s going to be another big week for the Hammers as Mr. Justice Teare of Commercial Court 24 is set to hear in private the ongoing saga of Carlos Tevez’ time at West Ham.

With Sheffield United trying to obtain an injunction to stop West Ham’s appeal to the Court of Arbitration of Sport (CAS) over an Independent Football Association’s Tribunal ruling that 30 Million Pound is owed to the Blades over Tevez’ playing for West Ham while ineligible and Sheffield United’s subsequent drop from the Premiership, Mr. Justice Teare will also clarify all findings from the Tribunal.

The two clubs and the three-man panel from September’s independent tribunal will be involved while the decision could affect whether CAS will even get to hear the case.
