Arsene Wenger’s youthful run through the Carling Cup came to a screeching halt as Arsenal’s younger side crashed out of the Carling Cup after losing to Championship side Burnley.

Two goals from midfielder Kevin McDonald in the 6th and 57th minute were all that was needed as marched through to the Semi – Finals at Turf Moor.
