It was a Ghana defender during the World Cup that did that. He played (not sure if he still does) in the Israeli league, but was not fined since it was at the end of the match... he just made a lot of people in Ghana and the Arab world angry. Anyways, that's as far as i'll go without going further into the political aspect.
