4961 Cromwell Ave in Los Feliz, $2.99 million. The former “Alan Ladd Estate” (star of “Shane”) comes complete with it’s own British pub. The pub, called the Silent Woman Pub, saw a ton of celebrity foot traffic during Hollywood’s Golden Era and the Prohibition when it was known as “The Hollywood Speakeasy”.
