Reports coming out of England are claiming that Manchester City’s 19 Million Pound purchase in the Summer Transfer Window, Brazilian Jo is on his way west to join up with David Moyes’ Everton for the rest of the season.

The 21-year-old will arrive at Goodison Park on loan until the end of the season – with a view to a permanent transfer.

Jo has struggled to fit in at Eastlands since becoming City’s then record signing when signing from CSKA Moscow before the start of the season.

His transfer was negotiated before Mark Hughes arrived as boss, followed by the influx of the Abu Dhabi millions.

With Robinho and Craig Bellamy since recruited – and Hughes still hoping to sign Roque Santa Cruz from Blackburn – Jo has got the message that he is not in the boss’s plans.

His has made only six League starts and his future has been particularly in doubt since he was fined in November over his late-night visit to a nightclub.
