Just rolled into the W over in Hoboken… On a scale of 1 - 5 Dunny’s, I gotta give it a 5 (tied up with the Olive 8 in Seattle).

whoa whoa whoa eeeeeeaasy on the grades there homey… the second one out the box is a perfect score? top shelf has to be reserved for the Four Seasons of the world.
Trust me, I took that into consideration.. but if you look at past Hotel Room With A Views, then you’d understand why the W gets a 5.
