With the Monster Energy® AMA Supercross in town this weekend up at Real Salt Lake’s former home Rice Eccles Stadium, I had the chance to take our boy Jason Kimball over to Rio Tinto Stadium along with riders Mike Sleeter and Justin Brayton to check things out.

Always interesting to hear someone’s perspective and thoughts about this stadium. For guys that travel the world, racing in and around some of the best stadiums around and not being around or understanding what our game has gone through just to get to the point where we have soccer - specific stadiums, to see them impressed with the subtle touches and comparing it against other stadiums in the United States is definitely a good thing.
