Back Home…
Filed under: JordanWell, I got back home yesterday afternoon. It is really great to be back in LA. I had a meeting yesterday morning with the head of the youth academy and the head scout of FC Twente. They said I did very well and I made a really good impression. They want me to come back every so often for more looks. I might go again in the fall. We will see. They also want to keep in close contact with me. The whole meeting was very positive.
I’m going to keep trying to improve as a futbol player here in the U.S. and hopefully in the next few years, I will be able to go live in Holland. The tournament last weekend went pretty well. I played well. We tied Club Brugge 1-1. We beat Fortuna Sittard 2-0. We beat SVB Blerick 1-0. We lost to Ajax 4-0. We played VVV Venlo twice and beat them 3-0 and tied them 1-1. We lost to NEC 2-0. I earned and scored a penalty in the second game against VVV Venlo. That was really cool. I really want to thank the Original Winger crew for letting me write for the Winger. I had the most amazing experience of my life and I am so happy that I got to share it with all of you. Thanks for all of your support!!
