Over the weekend I linked up with essdot and our boy Brandon to talk shop about everything from branding, marketing, the effect of social networking to upcoming video game releases (more on that one soon).  We decided to check out Wurstkuche and it was worthy of all the buzz I have been hearing about it.

The Wurstkuche tag line is “Purveyor of Exotic Grilled Sausages.” I’m sure there are plenty of jokes that can result from a tag line like that, but this was place was no joke.

Wurstkuche has sausages ranging from the classics to some that I would have never even thought possible. You can’t head to a spot like this and not try something outside your comfort zone. With that in mind, I tried the rattlesnake and rabbit combo, essdot the duck and bacon and Brandon got the alligator.

Besides the grub, Wurstkuche has a pretty exytensive selection of Belgian and German brews, inlcuding this monster sized bottle that can be yours for $250.

The peach soda was the beverage winner of the day. Something about a jolly rancher in a liquid form if I remember correctly.
