Few Argentine strikers succeed in the premier league. Tevez could be considered an exception, arguably. Aguero should stay with Atletico where he'll get plenty of playing time and will improve with time. Too many young stars go after big contracts and sacrifice playing time which begs the question: Has Saviola found a permanent home? I don't think River has the cash flow to convince him to come back.
