All I’m saying is, fast forward to about the 2.45 mark and be prepared to be blown away. I am sitting here with my mouth agape. If I paid taxes in that state, I would be asking for a refund ASAFP.

You are shocked at this? We have a Governor with a degree in Biology who doesn’t believe in science.
We had to actually work to get the film tax credits here moved to 30 percent and stil had trouble getting it passed: even though the film business brought in over 600 million dollar to the state last year (the ratio is for every dollar of tax credit the economy made back $6.06). Oh, and our wonderful Governor still hasn’t signed the bill. We are hoping he does nothing so it becomes law automatically.
In Louisiana, nothing should surprise you.
