Do we stay or do we go?
Filed under: ArgentinaIn a little more than an hour Kily Gonzalez and Rosario Central play the first game of a home/away series against Belgrano de Cordoba to try and maintain their first division status. Belgrano has to beat Central on aggregate to earn their spot in the first division, with a tie over both games Central stays up. Needless to say….HUGE GAME!

This game is no joke. Belgrano de Cordoba is not a novice to the first division and should make a good show of it. But there are a couple of very important factors that come into play here:
1) Rosario Central finished the season right in the middle of the table with plenty of talent and should be able to win this outright…otherwise they really don’t deserve to be in D1
2) The Newell’s Old Boys / Rosario Central derby is the second most important of all derby’s in Argentina. This means big money to AFA and the city of Rosario
Regardless, the game is going to be hot simply because Belgrano has to come out to win.
