Apparently the total solar eclipse that will be happening July 22, 2009 and it has some people in places like India, China and southeast Asia on serious edge.

“In Hindu mythology, the two demons Rahu and Ketu are said to “swallow” the sun during eclipses, snuffing out its life-giving light and causing food to become inedible and water undrinkable.”

This is going to be the longest total solar eclipse of the century so try not to miss it.
