Absolutely right! Not enough words to describe the scene…
when i was in baghdad, our base was next to an iraqi prison facility. every so often we’d play american soldiers vs iraqi correctional officers in a friendly game of soccer…the pitch was very similar to the ground in that photo. we had some pretty good times with those guys…a lot of them have great skill on the ball. they’d always comment on how fit we were though.
He took his firing hand off his weapon. I’m speechless. A SSG doing that is the downfall of the Military.
