One of the things I love about being a part of TOW is we get hipped to some pretty amazing ish. I got an email tonight from Max Tannone, who you guys would be familiar with because he was the man behind the Jaydiohead mashup.  Max hit us up tonight about his latest project,”Beastie Boys - DoubleCheckYourHead”.

According to Max:

I made the project in support of the Beastie Boys recent reissue of their “Check Your Head” album (one of my personal favorites.) The concept is that the Beastie Boys are mashed up with themselves, rapping over tracks sampling their own instrumentals, with all vocals and sampled elements coming from “Check Your Head.”

I’ve been listening to this since the minute it arrived in my inbox. If you are a Beastie Boys fan, you need this in your life.
