It's absurd how powerful these few clubs (namely the Top Four) have gotten. Hopefully regulations like the homegrown rule (where a certain number of homegrown players must occupy the team's roster, much like what we have in MLS) will start to change things and create more balance between teams. he’s totally right in what he’s saying.
