Charlie Davies Injured in Car Accident - Breaking News

ESPN is reporting:
Charlie Davies, a striker for the United States national soccer team, was involved in a one-car accident early Tuesday in which another person was killed, a USA Soccer spokeman said.
Davies was in surgery Tuesday afternoon and in stable condition, USA Soccer spokesman Neil Buethe said. The extent of his injuries were unknown, but Buethe said they were not life-threatening.
It is not known whether Davies was the driver or a passenger in the car.

Yeah, the front half of the car is missing and the second half was shown being towed away…such horrible news. Sad, sad day…thoughts and prayers with chuck d and the family of the person who passed
Holy shit. Condolences to both parties. Hope there wasnt any foreign substances that contributed to the accident.

Surreally…this was the lead story on Sports Center.
Damn hopefully all is good with charlie he has a great thing going it’s traumatic for someone to have that change overnight.
My prayers are with Charlie and for a speedy, successful recovery. I also pray and send my regards to the family of Ashley who actually lost her life in the accident. I’ll miss you.
