I usually get pictures emailed to me representing what soccer in America looks like, but sometimes I’ll get some showcasing the sport in a far away place. I recently got one of those emails that features some images of soccer in Uruguay. Most of us don’t get the chance to visit locations like these, so these types of images can give us a great look into what soccer looks like around the world. One of the things I really dig about showcasing images like these, be it in the US or around the world, is that each of them tell a story and gives us a glimpse  into how the sport we love is represented.
