Out-of-Favour Fulham striker Eddie Johnson has joined Greek club Aris FC on loan until the end of the season.

“The 25-year-old has fallen down the pecking order at Craven Cottage, making just four appearances since returning from a season-long loan stint at Cardiff last season.

Johnson was keen to secure a loan move away from Fulham as he looks to boost his bid of making the United States’ squad for next summer’s World Cup finals.

His new club, nicknamed God of War, finished 6th in the Super League of Greece.”
