Robinho is headed back to his former club in Brazil, Santos, on a six month loan. It’s been an interesting ride for Robinho since he left Real Madrid and went to City back in 2008. Not the smoothest of times to say the least. I’m sure he’s hoping that this loan deal will help him not only regain his form, but also fight for his spot with the Brazilian National team.

As if the opening of Red Bull Arena needed anymore hype, Robinho will now be featured when Santos takes on Red Bull NY on March 20.
