Had the opportunity to sit down with Thierry Henry ahead of the New York Red Bulls facing Real Salt Lake at Rio Tinto Stadium on Saturday.

From settling into New York with his new team to his experience with fan support in Major League Soccer, Thierry was more than gracious with his time after flying in from Newark just an hour earlier.

Yeah, TH did this interview at 9.45pm at his hotel following their team meal.

Not too often are you going to find an athlete of his stature walking into a random conference room in a new city, introducing himself while shaking everyone’s hand and then sitting down for 30 minutes to tell the story of how he got to this point in his life.
