Sometimes you have an idea in your mind that you have played out a million times. And more often than not it probably works out the way you had envisioned. But then there are those times when it just goes wrong. All the planning and forethought can’t influence the outcome nearly as much as you think. That happened to be the case for my dude that popped the proposal question to his girl at a recent UCLA basketball game. When the kiss cam landed on him and his girl he got down and asked his girl to marry him. He even said he knew he would be doing this since the first day he met her. Unfortunately she wasn’t having any of it and turned him down and shook the spot. Getting shot down when proposing to your girl has got to be bad enough, having that happen on the jumbotron and then getting spread around the Internet and TV just has to make it worse.

But hang in there dude. It can only get better from here. Hold your head up!
