“The Burrito Bomber” :: P.L.E.A.S.E. Tell Me That This Is Real Life. | @Yelp

Just when I was thinking to myself that YELP was getting a little played out (it just doens’t seem fresh anymore) they go ahead and come up with something that will blow your mind… I mean, YELP is verrrrry useful. Before I go out anywhere these days, I look at a restaurant / pub / bar / lounge on two websites: I go to their Facebook page, and I go to their YELP. I don’t even go to their official website, because its usually some super expensive photo shoot where everything is perfectly made. I want to see pics from the people. I want to know exactly how the food and the crowd looks …. but thats a different discussion for a different day.

Apparently, the “yelp engineers” don’t just design webpages and algorithms that know my tendencies better than I do, they also are out designing burrito drones bombers that will deploy a burrito of your liking to a specific GPS point after you order it. Checkit:

We believe everyone deserves carne asada when they want it and so today, we make that dream a reality. We’re proud to introduce: Burrito Bomber — truly the world’s first airborne mexican food delivery system.

Hit the jump for the video, and prepare to be blown the F away!….

If you can see this, then you might need a Flash Player upgrade or you need to install Flash Player if it's missing. Get Flash Player from Adobe.

This is not yet approved by the FAA… but can you imagine if something like this actually was approved at some point. All you would have to do to put in an order is drop an iphone pin with where you are and in 10 minutes you get a burrito? That would be the greatest thing in the history of life for me. One of at least…
