* I dont now if you are a Top Chef fan and know about this cat Blais… and I dont know if burgers have taken over your part of the world like they have in Los Angeles… but it seems like there is a new burger place opening up close to me every single week. But after watching this trailer, there are still some burgers that I haven’t had.
* I was never a huge Blais guy while he was on the show, but I’m sure that was some fancy editing of footage and it may have had something to do with me having a lil crush on one of the female chef’testants. Either way, this guy knows his way around a kitchen and he definitely knows how to put together a burger. I’m excited about this one.
