Gareth Bale and Andre Villas Boas were named the Barclays Player and Manager of the Month, respectively, for February of 2013. Tottenham won three out of three matches in February – 1-0 at West Brom, 2-1 at home to Newcastle and then Monday’s thrilling 3-2 win at West Ham, and Gareth Bale starred all month long with the winner at West Brom, both goals against Newcastle and then another two at Upton Park.
