Mexico v Denmark Highlights

Last night Mexico took on Denmark in an international friendly played in Phoenix, AZ. The score ended up 1-1 with both sides converting second  half penalties. But the things that stood out to me the most about this game weren’t what was taking place on the field. This was the first game of El Tri’s new TV deal with ESPN, which on it’s own is a very big thing. The other thing that was pretty amazing about this was the crowd of over 43,000 that showed up for a midweek friendly. There is no doubt that fans of El Tri are passionate as they come and hold their team down like few others.

Highlights of Mexico v Denmark are after the jump.
