The United States Mens National Team jumped 5 positions since the last rankings from 33rd to 28th, and are back on the first page of the table, in the latest edition of the FIFA world rankings released.

* Spoiler alert * Spain still at #1 and its not looking like they will be falling off any time soon. Mexico jumped over Switzerland and went from 15 to 14.

Germany (2nd) and Argentina (3rd) hold steady and stay right behind Spain. Croatia (4th) moves England out of the top five and jumps 5 places from 9th to 4th. Portugal (5th) rounds out the top 5.

Colombia, England, Italy, Netherlands, and Ecuador hold down 6th – 10th.

Brazil comes in at 19th! A new low for them, but it comes with an asterisk… because they are not involved in World Cup qualifiers and friendlies they aren’t accumulating as many points as the other national team sides that are trying to qualify. Playing matters.
