The Sunday TImes is reporting that Jose Mourinho has secured a deal with Chelsea and will take over for Rafa, and will be paid a kings ransom over the course of a four year deal.

“The Portuguese, who won back-to-back Premier League titles in his first stint at the club, will become the highest-paid manager in the competition’s history, pocketing more than £8.5m a year after tax from a £50m-plus deal.”

While his new contract is still to be formally signed, the plan is to do so soon after his final match as Real Madrid manager on June 1.

This isn’t official and we have no clue on the accuracy of this – since there is no confirmation coming out of either camp, Chelsea or from Jose – but dammitman… £50m!!!! Thats a LOT of bread. There won’t be any outsized expectations or anything…..

The San Jose Earthquakes announced today a number of new features for the club’s stadium that is under construction at Coleman Ave. in San Jose. The team has added Game Day Clubs and has revealed that the seats in the new stadium will be blue. Additionally, the south end of the stadium will spell out ‘Quakes’ in the seats.

All of the new features can be viewed in the newly launched interactive 3D seat map at sjearthquakes.com. The map is pretty dope and if you are in Northern California and want to throw down on season tickets you can start buying them up right now. I looked and pretty much all of the suites, and lower bowl section is sold out, but there are some really reasonably priced seating still available. This stadium is going to be t*ts… The team might have to come up there for the home opener!!!

Neymar, who announced the news on Twitter and Instagram, will play for Barça for the next five seasons…

Galera !! Tô aqui reunido com amigos e familiares e eles me ajudaram a escrever algumas coisas aqui… #Toiss

For those that don’t know Portuguese or use google translate… FC Barcelona also announced the news on the teams official website. His message on Instagram says that his decision has been made and he doesn’t want to wait until Monday to announce it because he is so excited. He will be signing his deal on Monday and he will be with the club for 5 years.
