Egypt Lodge Complaint Over Penalty Kick To FIFA
English Referee Howard Webb is finding himself at the center of a 2009 Confederations Cup controversy after Egypt lodged an official complaint to FIFA over the penalty kick issued and sending off of defender Ahmed Al Muhamadi following the initial motioning for a Brazil corner kick.
