Yesterday, I had an unbelievable day. I went to go represent The Original Winger at a presentation by a company called Nutrilite. Nutrilite is a company that sells vitamins, minerals, protein shakes, energy bars, and sports drinks that help you to achieve “optimal health.” The day started with driving out to Long Beach to meet several other bloggers from around the country at the Hotel Maya. Then, we all got on a bus that was headed to the Nutrilite Center for Optimal Health. When we got there, Nutrilite put on this huge presentation about what they believed in. They believe in organic farming and having all of their supplements being plant-based instead of being man made. They want everyone to have a life “the way nature intended it to be.” Personally, I learned a lot about taking care of my body and how important it is to eat and drink the right things at the right times to improve my performance on the pitch.
