Is there an option that exists for David Beckham to buy the Galaxy after his contract ends? That is what is alleged to come out in a 60 Minute special that will be aired this weekend. Naturally all of the talking heads at MLS and elsewhere have no comment, but this brings up a very interesting subject. What did MLS, AEG and the Galaxy give up to get Becks to play in MLS? Would they have gone the full distance and gone ahead and given Becka the option to buy when his contract is up?
