In May, Banksy held a festival in London celebrating the rise and popularity of street art. Apparently it was the largest gathering of stencil artists from around the world. The video is a recap of the festival.

I'm not going to go into detail about Banksy and his worldwide fame (even though no one really knows what he looks like or who he is).
